A client was needing a floorplan and high quality rendering for submission to receive financing for a basement renovation. Aryn created a 2D floor plan and accompanying renderings to showcase the proposed final product, helping to secure the loan.

On this project, the client wanted to create an almost complete Secondary Suite in the basement; a place for teenage children and visiting family can retire to and still be close by.

Aryn’s client for this project hadn’t yet decided on a General Contractor but knew what she wanted. She hired Aryn to draft a detailed floorplan to identify the desired layout with dimensions to be used when seeking a company to complete the work.

By bringing the dimensioned plans to the general contractor, the client was able to not only save herself time; but that of the Estimator as well. Providing a win-win for all parties!
